We are living up to better and fair wages

We are happy to announce that we have been accredited as a Living Wage employer! Our Living Wage commitment will see that everyone employed at Refugee Roots receives a minimum hourly wage of £10.90 - higher than the government minimum wage for over 23s.

13.3% of workers in the East Midlands earn less than they need to get by, with over 251,000 jobs paying less than the real Living Wage.
