They thought it was all over…

We recently celebrated 2 years of participatory arts activities for refugees funded by Arts Council England. We held an exhibition and enjoyed food, music and dancing together - read more here

We thought it was the end of the road whilst we wait for the outcome of a bold and ambitious funding bid to the Arts Council - but it's not, so we don't stop movin’!

Thanks to wonderful partners Nottingham Playhouse and the National Justice Museum our weekly sessions will continue.

It's the same place and same time for Tuesdays as our Access project morphs with the Playhouses conversation cafe at 1pm for an hour and a quarter, followed by a weekly arts workshop.

On Fridays we are still at the Old Bus Depot for our language group and then we will take a stroll to the National Justice Museum for 12.30pm, where artist Ismail Khokon will lead workshops on the theme of 'home'. 15 weeks of sessions are scheduled.

So it's not over yet - and we hope we will be sharing some brilliant news with you in the near future about our arts programmes and partnerships with some of Nottingham best galleries, arts providers and community organisations.
