Covid 19 Response

As a result of Covid 19 we are now working remotely and providing the following key services for which we are accepting referrals:

  • Phone support (information, advice and guidance)
  • Telephone Befriending (weekly support)
  • Telephone English Lessons (one to one)
  • Virtual English Lessons (Groups)
  • Food drops (in partnership with local foodbanks)

Make a referral

You can also download our referral form to complete and return by email. Referrals for group and face to face support will be put on waiting lists. We will in the meantime reach out to referrals made to offer remote support.

We will respond as soon as possible. Our working days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. 

We accept referrals for:

  • English Classes
  • Befriending 
  • Accompanying
  • Information advice and guidance
  • Volunteering
  • Food parcels
  • General information
  • Women's group
  • Access

When we receive a referral we will arrange to meet the person who has been referred and where possible with the referrer to ensure the best possible outcome for the person who has been referred. We prioritise referrals based on their urgency.
