Make a referral

Covid 19 Response

As a result of Covid 19 we are now working remotely and offering some in person support. We are accepting referrals for the following key services:

  • Telephone support (information, advice and guidance)
  • Telephone Befriending (weekly support)
  • In person Befriending (one to one)
  • Socially Distanced Befriending Groups
  • Telephone English Lessons (one to one)
  • Online English Lessons (Groups)
  • Food drops (in partnership with local foodbanks)
  • Accompanying

Referral Form

We will respond as soon as possible. Our working days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. 

When we receive a referral we will contact or arrange to meet the person who has been referred and where possible with the referrer to ensure the best possible outcome for the person who has been referred.
