Being creative together

We run two weekly Art Sessions funded by Arts Council England

Tuesdays

We meet between 12.30pm and 2.30pm at Tiger Community Hub, 19-21 Lister Gate NG1 7DE with artist Ismail Khokon

Creative, Safe and Accessible

These sessions allow people to channel their feelings into their work, or simply have fun while making conversation with those around them. Being creative is a great way for people to relieve stress, feel calm, and express themselves. We have a very relaxed time together and it is accessible for anyone to join in. Ant is there to guide the classes and provide support to help participants get the most out of the class.

Maples House at Nottingham High School have organised a 'Move-a-thon'. They are uniting in a challenge that encompasses walking, running, cycling, rowing and swimming, to collectively cover distances that mirror the journeys undertaken by individuals seeking refuge in the UK.

Art Sessions

Being creative is a great way to relieve stress, express yourself and connect with others.
Make a referral

Make a referral for a refugee or asylum seeker. We will respond as soon as possible. When we receive a referral we will contact or arrange to meet the person who has been referred and where possible with the referrer to ensure the best possible outcome for the person who has been referred.

A safe space to meet with other women every Tuesday for support, friendship and empowerment
