Introduction to mindfulness meditation 

This session will introduce participants to mindfulness meditation, how it impacts on emotional and overall wellbeing, a guided session of basic mindfulness session

CHATS will lead the wellbeing session with us between giving a relaxing and wellness activity accessible to all who join us whether online or in person.  The session is open to asylum seekers and refugees. 

If we can meet we are expecting that will be at Windmill Community Gardens with an online stream available.
